From the perspective of the evolution of the ASIC cultural system, culture is rooted in practice and guides practice. At different stages of development, we constantly ponder, summarize, and identify key elements supporting the sustainable development of ASIC from our successes and setbacks, periodically propose and revise our goals, concepts, principles, and propositions, and constantly unify and deepen our understanding during the process of change and changelessness.
